FastStone Image Viewer is an image viewing application for Microsoft Windows. While competing in the same segment as ACDSee, Irfanview, Picasa and others, it features image editing features normally found in full blown image editing tools like Paint.NET or Adobe Photoshop.
This image viewer includes a fully integrated thumbnail file manager. When the program is launched, there may be a delay as the thumbnail view is managed, particularly the first time when the thumbnail cache database is built.
As of version 3.2, usage of FastStone Image Viewer remains free for home use, while still requiring a registration for commercial use.
