Windows Vista (Formerly codenamed Windows Longhorn) is the next step up from Windows XP, and will be based on several new technologies:
WinFS was originally supposed to be one of the new technologies, but that has been delayed until later

Windows Blackcomb is the next evolution of Windows Server 2003, and Windows Longhorn server. Not much is currently available.
