Wikipedia:Sylpheed Sylpheed is an open source e-mail and news client licensed under the GPL. It offers quick response, easy configuration and an abundance of features. It stores mail in the MH Message Handling System. Sylpheed runs on both Unix-like systems such as Linux, BSD, and Mac OS X and Windows. The newest version works with GTK+ 2.4 or later (2.6 or later is recommended).
